With over 25 years of experience CarlsonWilliam has successfully streamlined and simplified the development and construction process with a proven Development Model that can be applied to a variety of project types and sizes. The model allows CarlsonWilliam to do more with less which results in savings to our clients.

As a LEED AP, CarlsonWilliam is on the forefront of integrating cost-effective energy efficient and sustainable building practices through improved construction building methods and alternative building materials.

Founder + Principal +
A fourth-generation builder with over 25 years of Real Estate Development, Construction and Real Estate Advisory experience. Eric founded CarlsonWilliam after a successful career working on a wide range of project types and sizes with numerous owners, tenants, developers, architects, builders, property managers, commercial brokerage and real estate investment firms.
Eric was hungry to startup his own firm and offer full-service Development and Construction Management services to an inefficient, segmented industry. His passion for Building and vision to improve and innovate the Development and Building industry drives him to continually seek out efficiencies and pass them on to his clients.
Eric is a licensed General Contractor and a LEED accredited professional. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California.
